MD grooves!! If you are not a pro buy these buy the trunk full. More spin than anything I have ever played and I have played them all. Vokey? Great clubs but not as good as Callaway.
Pros
- Able to bend the lie

- Sets up great
- Versitile sole grind
Cons

- U groves shred balls

Comments about Callaway Golf X-Forged Chrome Wedges:
Outstanding grooves! One of the few wedges out there that can be bent more than 3 degrees flat or upright.
Tradeoff is that you will shred balls and over-spin approach shots. The softer metal will ding easier than cast clubheads.

Q:
What's the difference between a regular flex versus uniflex?Asked on 2/1/2010 by Anonymous1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
A regular flex shaft is designed for someone with a swing speed from 80-90 mph. A uniflex shaft has is in between a regular and stiff flex and is the most common shaft in golf. It adjusts to your swing speed so if you swing fast it will play as a stiff, and if you swing slower it plays like a regular flex.Answered on 2/1/2010 by Ryan Corl from 1-800-200-4726
Q:
I have a 56 degree wedge, if I purchase a 48 degree wedge should I get more distance?Asked on 1/25/2010 by Anonymous2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Yes, the 48° would give you more distance than the 56°.Answered on 1/25/2010 by Ryan Corl from 1-800-200-4726A:
Yes, when you get to wedges ever 4 degrees you should advance 4 to 6 yards. Like say 48 52 56 60 64 only get four of five.Answered on 2/21/2010 by Leftys right from Salinville, OH

Q:
I am wondering if there are any wedges being made by Callaway that conform to the new groove standards. I would like to purchase some new wedges but would rather get something that conforms. Is there anything?Asked on 1/4/2010 by Nate from Chicago, IL1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
All of the 2010 model wedges will be conforming but the wedges that we have had out until then will not be.Answered on 1/4/2010 by Mary Cass from 800-200-4726
Q:
hi, is there an difference between my Wilson TW7 wedge 52 \6 bounce and the 52\12 bounce with C Grind sole, i order an 58\10 bounce as a sand \lob wedge, is it normal to play with 2 wedges, for example 52\12 and a 58\10 with C grindAsked on 12/23/2009 by Butch from Amsterdam Netherlands2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Bounce is used to describe the design of the soles of irons and wedges that is intended to reduce the "drag" of the sole through sand or long rough. Higher bounce is recommended for use out of sand or rough, but for tighter lies a lower bounce is preferred. The C grind will also make it easier to open up the club around the greens, which makes it very versatile. It is also very normal to play with two or more wedges in your bag.Answered on 1/4/2010 by Ryan Corl from 1-800-200-4726A:
yes some players use anywhere from 2-4 wedges.
I have a four wedge system
46 56 60 64
so yes multiple wedges are needs especally on harder greens.Answered on 2/21/2010 by Leftys right from Salineville, OH
Q:

CUSTOMER CARE
A:

Q:
I own the X-20 irons with uniflex shafts. I'd like to match the wedge shaft flex to my irons. What shaft and flex would best match the X-20 True Temper Uniflex shaft?Asked on 12/22/2009 by will from indianapolis, in1 answer
A:
I use the uniflex in the x-22 tours.. I found the standard wedge flex stiffer than the uniflex.. I went with the r-300 shaft[50 and 56 degree] and that gave me the perfect shaft for a smooth wedge swing..I am no long knocker.. I hit the 50 about 100 yds and my sand 85 ydsAnswered on 12/26/2009 by viperman from Sunnyvale teaxs
