Rated 5 out of 5 by Dennerman Extremely Happy With This Rangefinder
When my GPS recently met with an unfortunate accident I decided to try a laser rangefiner instead of getting a new GPS. I read many reviews and tried a few while golfing with friends and settled on the Callaway Diablo and couldn't be happier. There are many things to like but best of all is that when you hit the button the laser shoots for several seconds. This means if you're unsure if you're getting the flag you can sweep it left and right a bit to see the ranges of things behind the target to make sure what you think is the flag is accurate. Also, it's very easy to shoot hills, trees and traps as long as they have some vertical slope to them so you can see how far it is to those landmarks. One last thing that's pretty nice is that it fits perfectly into a golf cart cup holder making it very easy to pick up and put down without worry that it will slide off a shelf.

What a good view finder for the money ! Made well and to last with great features!! I've had guy's that I play with that have GPS's that are looking to change to this product. No course downloads needed , no need to have perfect weather for a GPS to work at times. I play alot of courses around the country with work travel and I'll always have a view finder that will work no matter where I am!!! The eye piece is very comfortable and I like the cover that protects the unit from being banged around in your cart.Great product !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Curt Very pleased so far
I just recently received my new Diablo and have only used it twice and not yet in challenging conditions such as fog or rain. I am delighted with it in my limited use and have already recommended it to others. The optics are very good as is the target focus and flexibility.

Quick and easy with no more guessing. The laser picks up the flag stick easily and I have not had trouble with locking in. Fits in your hand well and easy to use; PHD (push here dummy)
Stay out of the trees and you'll never complain about loss of sight

I recently purchased this unit after having used the Upro for a few years. It is great, very easy to use and priced right! Yardages are accurate and works well with trees. havent tried it with bunkers but will see when the opportunity comes up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bob Great product
I have had 6 GPS units over the last 4 years, only paid for two as the companies involved had to send replacements. They all gave bad yardages after a couple of months, I do not expect to see that with this product as it doesn't rely on satellites for yardages. Have only used it once but it worked great. I do not have the steadiest of hands and was concerned about getting bad yardages but this device scans very well. Do yourself a favor and buy this unit, do not waste time with a GPS and the headaches that will soon follow.
