These are the best irons I've ever hit period. Solid feel and just enough weight in the head to feel your swing.

I hit these at both Golfsmith and Callaway Performance Center. I could not believe how awesome these feel, not to mention how great the look. The Callaway Performance Center at Mirimichi was over the top as well making sure every aspect of my fitting was right. I had consistent shot patterns and greatly improved swing efficiency over my previous clubs. Ordered and waiting for delivery.

I tried these irons out at the Calloway performance center and these things are hot. I tired out the x hot pro irons and hit them well but not a great as these. Felt just like the players club I wanted but gave me comfort with its "forgiveness". I say "forgiveness" because there isn't but it felt like there was. These irons are great and they are going in the bag this season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Callawayboy123 X Forged Irons - Sweet!
I am a current owner of a set of Razr X Tour Irons 3-PW with a Project X 5.0 shaft on them. I have been playing the game for over 10 years and I am now 14. I love the game and I love Callaway. Recently, I decided to change to a more playable iron that has a stiffer and lighter shaft. I choose the X Forged Irons and tried them out today at Golfsmith and these are the sweetest feeling, longest Iron i have hit in my life. I was able to demo all the clubs (3-PW) and from the stat report, I gained 5-10 total yards in all the clubs, and 2-13 mph in ball speed and swing speed depending on the iron. I can finally order these with confidence as the X Forged was the best results I have seen in any new Iron Demo's I have done in the offseason. I can definitely see these Irons finding their way into my Callaway bag this coming March.

Hit the 6 iron at Golfsmith today, and this club is truly amazing! I've played with X-Forged irons for the last few years, and this is the best yet. Hit this against my 2009 X-Forged 6 iron, and averaged 9 yards further. The looks are great too. Would almost be a shame to use these they look so nice. Really liking the Project X PXi shafts as well. Great job Callaway!

by RobMJohnson X Forged wins again!!!!
Prior to this set I owned the 2007 X-Forged and LOVED them. I demo'd these in store and couldn't believe the feel and performance on the launch monitor. And they LOOK AWESOME at address!!! I ordered a set the same day, I took delivery yesterday and couldn't wait to hit them. I hit the range and the the monitor was dead on. Great launch angle, spin, distance and workability. I thought the old Project X flighted was nice but the new PXI is even better, lighter with same feel and responsiveness. All and all I have nothing but great things to say about these irons!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hasomf Great Irons, Easy to Hit
I recently traded my RAZR X Irons for the PW, 9, and 8 X Hot Irons. I also traded some other clubs for the 7 and 5 X Forged Irons. I wish I had all X Forged irons. They look good at address, sound good at impact, and fly very nicely. These are very easy irons to play.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Al-B Outstanding Irons, Great Feel, Good Forgiveness
I have played Ping S59 irons for the last 5 seasons. Never really played well with them, they just seemed to not perform the same from shot to shot and were not forgiving at all. My best round with them in 5 years of casual play was an 82.
I ordered my X Forged Irons directly from Callaway (2 deg. Up, 3/4 long, 4-PW, KBS C Taper Shafts). First of all they are gorgeous to look at. I cant go to the range or the course and not catch someone eyeballing them or asking to see them.
I have played 4 rounds of golf with them since they arrived and after a full winter (NY State) off. I have shot 82, 75 (par 71), 63 (par 60 exec. course and 78. Mishits are still straight although about 15% shorter than flush shots. Everything just seems to go straight and land with a hop and stop. I am able to move the ball left to right, right to left with ease. Catching a mid iron or short iron on the sweetspot is so soft. You cannot explain it to someone playing cast irons or other lesser forgings. I can tell exactly where on the face I hit a shot before even looking at the impact mark.
These irons are worth a look, even if you not a single digit handicap now.. you may be by the end of the season.
