After your initial order, we will have your logo artwork on file. You won't incur the setup fee again unless you request changes to the artwork we have on file.
Yes. Once the order is paid in full, your logo artwork will be digitally added to the product you order. You will be required to view and approve the digital artwork proof prior to your order going into production. We do not provide physical product samples.
Yes. We maximize the size of the artwork to the printable area while maintaining the aspect ratio.
Embroidery locations are set by product type and cannot be moved. Some products have multiple logo location options.
Yes. That is what we call a two-pole application. There is a $3 per dozen upcharge for the two-pole option.
No. We only provide one proof (for one logo) at a time. Changes can be made after you review the digital proof. There is a fee if you wish to make changes to a digitized embroidery proof.
We require a high resolution image of at least 300 dpi and an image size of 4” x 4” is preferred. Preferred Art File Formats: AI .EPS .PDF .PNG .JPG .TIF .PSD
