can't even get it off the holder. very hard to use. I received it as a gift and have not been able to get off the holder.

Thought it was hard to remove the marker and then realized that the backside of the magnet has a slot. So push down on the outside edge of the marker and it releases -- voila!

The marker looks very stylish, but it is too difficult to remove the marker from the clip.
